There are some sites taking orders for the TK-11, but officially it is still not yet released. At least one site is decent enough to say that it is on backorder. A number of test units have been distributed in China; hence the images that are appearing. Latest info I have is, feedback from the testers has highlighted an area that needs further work. So stay tuned!
There appear to be two models in the series. The TK-11 is the junior with dual band (144/430 MHz transmit – from the tx info on the box label in the video below) at up to 5w output along with a 2500mAh battery, while the TK-11(8) has the 4 band transmit and sports a 3000mAh battery and up to 10w on 144/430 MHz and up to 5w on 29/50 MHz bands). As usual – these are just observations and not necessarily officially released information.
