Currently, Chirp doesn’t support the TK11 ( it has been requested to have the TK11 added ). So the only option is the factory software. This can be downloaded from the link below.

Using the Quansheng CPS
- Insert your USB programming cable into the PC – do not connect to the radio at this stage.
- Open the TK11 software. Select the correct COM port if necessary.
- Turn on the TK11 then insert the programming cable into the TK11
If the above order is not followed, you may received a program error notification after attempting download from or uploads to the radio. Also, errors are thrown when selecting submenus that require information from the radio, and the radio is not connected.
